A mix of orange and yellow

A traditional Baltimore snack, coddies are made from mashed potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper, onions, crushed saltine crackers—and maybe a little salted cod. Cheap and widely available in the twentieth century and making a comeback today, coddies are traditionally served with yellow mustard between two saltine crackers.
